Great to meet you!

Greetings! I am an Erie, PA native who has been in the profession of serving others for over 20 years. I received my Bachelor's degree from Penn State University (WE ARE!) and went on to earn a Master's Degree in Counseling from Edinboro University.

I have conducted both individual and group therapy for adolescents and adults experiencing a vast array of issues. Much of my experience has focused on depression, anxiety, self-esteem, substance abuse and grief. I believe therapy should be person-centered and solution-focused, allowing the client the time they need to feel they are on a better path moving forward than when they first came to see me.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is a very person-centered approach using cognitive-behavioral strategies to address thoughts, feelings and behaviors.

What you can expect from our first session

I strive for clients to feel hopeful, have more clarity and feel empowered when looking forward to their future.
