I am a Christian, Asian American woman. I am caring and non-judgemental, able to use my education and life experiences to help bring to consciousness what is unconscious and help with attachment wounds, trauma, and regulate emotions with healthy coping skills.

My approach to therapy is to listen and hear your story. I do not label you with a diagnosis, only for insurance purposes. I use all my skills as a trained therpist to help you.

Clients can takeaway healthy thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that will enable them to have a satisfying life.
