I love working with clients with a variety of different backgrounds and life experiences. I am solution focused and direct in sharing with my clients what I am seeing. I never bring shame or judgment to our experiences and help to empower my clients to live their best life while being able to handle all of its ups and downs.
I have a dynamic approach, using many different different paradigms and theories. Mostly I help clients understand themselves from a holistic perspective, acknowledging how mind, body and life experiences shape who we are today and ultimately where we are going.
Empowerment is what I aim for. I always want my clients to feel like they can do for themselves the things we are doing together in session.
