Great to meet you!

Ugh- just ugh.

Do you ever feel as if you're letting life pass you by? Like those around you seem to be living their best lives, but somehow you just can't get there (and predict yet another Netflix binge on the horizon as a flimsy attempt to bury those feelings)? I get it.

Virtual counseling can be an ideal platform for us to connect and work on your goals in a convenient, safe space... being able to meet up from day one in a place of ease, comfort and hope, whatever that may look like for you.

My approach to therapy

I enjoy learning about what my clients are struggling with from their points of view. Perspective is everything, right?

I am here to lend a compassionate ear, explore your thoughts and value your feelings, give an objective viewpoint when needed, offer practical coping techniques, and take on helping you to journey through (not around) to your happier, healthier self.

What you can expect from me

I am here to meet you where you are and partner up to get you where you want to be.

It is my belief that every human deserves to feel safe, cared for, and respected. It would be an honor to collaborate with you in doing my part in helping to make that happen.
