I applaud you for seeking healing in your life! One of the hardest steps is to reach out! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I have an MSW from LSU in Baton Rouge, LA. I have over 20 years experience working with children, adolescents, parents, and people with disabilities. I enjoy working with people who have a history of trauma, divorce, and recovery. Other areas include ADHD, ASD, Codependency, Coping Skills, Depression, Developmental Disorders, Spirituality, and Journaling.

Typically, I take a System's Perspective approach realizing a person does not exist in a vacuum and we are all part of systems in our life. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral strategies with clients and combat unhealthy thoughts a client might be having about themselves. Other modalities include Strengths Based, Person Centered, and Spiritual approaches.

First and foremost, I desire for my clients to be truly seen, heard, and affirmed! I see clients as an equal partner in therapy. I desire to educate, affirm, and help a client ease the pain they might be experiencing.
