Great to meet you!

Here's a little about me: I have a BA from Vanderbilt University and an MSSW from the University of Texas at Austin. I am an LCSW and am passionate about helping people to live their healthiest lives. By employing a variety of evidence-based modalities and mindfulness practices, my supportive approach to wellness encourages lasting change.

My approach to therapy

By identifying both your strengths and barriers to change, we can co-create a plan that addresses your specific lifestyle needs. I use a multifaceted and individualized approach for each of my clients. Whether you are interested in managing your stress, maintaining healthy habits, or improving your interpersonal relationships, I can help. I have specialized training in disordered eating, eating disorders, and body image concerns.

What you can expect from me

Lasting change starts from within. By slowing down and taking the time to look at our thoughts and emotions, we can begin the process of creating well-being from the inside out.
