Great to meet you!

Helping people has always been my passion. My training, background, and personal experiences have equipped me to assist others in navigating life-altering circumstances. I am skilled at providing a listening ear and working with those who struggle daily.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered and solution-focused. I utilize cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) to help individuals manage problems by changing unhelpful ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving, often employing practical self-help strategies to enhance their quality of life. Clients learn to face fears instead of avoiding them. I use mindfulness practices to focus on the present while letting go of the past.

What you can expect from me

My communication style reveals a great deal about my personality, work ethic, and values. I have found that having clarity in my thoughts, effectively communicating them, and being transparent have dramatically aided my career. Listening to others has helped me build comfort and trust with clients, contributing to my success.
