Great to meet you!

I believe everyone reaches a point in life when compassionate professional support can make a meaningful difference. My work focuses on helping individuals and couples navigate important life transitions and relationship challenges.

I have a background in supporting clients through changes related to relationships, family, career, identity, and other areas of life. My specific areas of focus include communication difficulties, relationship stress, disconnection, marital concerns, and developing healthier relationship patterns. I work with individuals and couples, and I offer both in-person and virtual sessions.

I attended Bridgewater State University and graduated in 1994.

I am currently accepting new clients. Please leave me a message or send me an email so we can talk and see whether we are a good fit.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and supportive. I create a welcoming space where clients can speak openly about what they are experiencing without judgment. Together, we will explore the challenges affecting your relationships and overall well-being, identify patterns that may be getting in the way, and work toward healthier ways of communicating and connecting.

For couples, I focus on helping partners better understand one another, improve communication, rebuild connection, and develop healthier relationship patterns. For individuals, I provide support as they move through significant life changes and work toward greater clarity, confidence, and balance.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and discuss what brings you to therapy. You can expect a compassionate, judgment-free space to share your concerns, talk about your goals, and describe the changes you would like to make.

We will begin exploring the patterns, transitions, or relationship challenges affecting you, and we will discuss how therapy may support your needs. I also welcome your questions so we can determine whether we are a good fit and identify helpful next steps together.
