Great to meet you!

I bring 23+ years of clinical expertise and life experience to our dynamic, where we work alongside each other to find ways to cope with what life brings our way, in a more healthy way. I adapt to what you need, when you need it- if we need a Family Session at some point, or a different modality- I will adjust to what is most appropriate and comfortable for you- it’s YOUR therapy!! If we don’t know, we’ll figure that out together. As I am fluent in American Sign Language, I bring decades of professional expertise working with Deaf and Hard of Hearing populations- Families and Individuals of all ages. 🤟🏼

My approach to therapy

I view the Client from the Lens of the Whole Person- using the biopsychosocial framework, I am taking their social, spiritual, and daily lives all in to consideration as we decide where to focus first. I will then explain and implement the appropriate interventions to our work and together, we will use Adaptive Coping Strategies to show you an easier, more fulfilling way to navigate this journey through Life.

What you can expect from me

You will walk away with a newfound hope and enthusiasm about your next steps, about where you want to take your life going forward. You will feel affirmed, validated, and connected with a partner who will walk alongside you as long as you need.
