Great to meet you!

Hey there! I'm Annestazia (she/hers) and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor that understands starting therapy can be overwhelming- especially if you're struggling with holding everything together on the outside while feeling anxious on the inside. I work with adults across all stages of their life experiences, but have specialized training in recovery from substances, trauma, ADHD, emotional regulation, and life stressors including grief and loss, relationship troubles, anxiety and depression.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to offer a space where you can show up exactly as you are are. In our work together, we'll focus on understanding your experiences, strengthening coping skills, and creating space for clarity and insight. I integrate evidenced-based approaches to help you build and utilize helpful tools while also giving space for deeper understanding.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in safety. I believe meaningful change happens when you can be your authentic self- without pressure or judgement. My hope after our first session is that you feel a sense of relief in that you're not alone in what you're struggling with and that we start to build the trust that helps you share at your own pace. If you're looking for a therapist who will meet you where you are with respect, empathy, and curiosity, I'd be honored to support you!
