As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC), Author, and Mental Health Speaker who has been in private practice for over fourteen years. I received both my Bachelors and Masters of Arts degree from Marymount University in Arlington, VA. I specialize in counseling adults and adolescents with self-esteem, coping, communication, bereavement, and anger issues. I also counsel couples, and run groups dealing with spiritual, bereavement, communication, family, relationships, and anxiety concerns.

I have a person centered and cognitive behavioral approach to therapy. I will give you the space to share thoughts and feelings and provide recommendations and supportive strategies to improve your life.
