Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, supporting adults through periods of change, uncertainty, and personal growth. You may be navigating a major transition, questioning what comes next, or realizing that patterns that once worked for you no longer do. Counseling can offer a place to be honest about where you are, understand what has shaped you, and decide what you want to carry forward. My approach is warm and collaborative. I offer thoughtful perspective, practical tools, and gentle challenge when helpful. I value authenticity, curiosity, and humor in my work with clients.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm and collaborative. I offer thoughtful perspective, practical tools, and gentle challenge when helpful. I value authenticity, curiosity, and humor in my work with clients.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to counseling. I’ll ask about what’s been going on, what you’d like help with, and some of the experiences that have shaped where you are today. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to begin. We’ll take the time to identify what feels most important to you and begin thinking together about what you’d like to get out of therapy.
