I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). While I have an extensive experience in working with children and adolescents, as a therapist, I also have a passion to help adults, couples, parents and women reach their best potential and overcome life’s challenges.
I have experience working with anxiety, depression, stress, school related issues, marital issues, trauma, family conflict, women's issues and parenting issues. Using a client based approach, I incorporate CBT, trauma and solution focused therapies to help you in your journey of reaching wholeness and healing. I am fluent in English and Spanish.
I also provide Christian counseling to those who are interested.
I provide Couple's counseling and family therapy as well as individual therapy.
