My personal treatment style is warm, empathic, interactive, culturally sensitive and client-centered. I’m a good listener. I have a great sense of humor and I enjoy laughing...mostly at myself.

My approach begins with conversations that are aimed at establishing trust and confidence. We will work together to identify strengths, skills and concerns and develop a real-life proactive strategy that is natural and workable. I believe that this strengths based approach creates a solid foundation for a therapy program that is client-owned, forward looking, and sustainable.
