I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Anger Management Specialist. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Clark College and my Master of Social Work from Adelphi University in Garden City, New York. It is my goal to support you and your family in your treatment and recovery from anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, anger, and/or other behavioral health issues.

My approach to therapy

I utilize several therapeutic interventions to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, etc. to include Mindfulness-Based Interventions. My focus is on holistic measures using the framework of the SAMHSA's 8 Dimension of Wellness.
