Great to meet you!

I utilize a collaborative and systemic approach to working with clients. I believe in considering all aspects of a person, including the emotional, physical/medical, cognitive, and relationship, I treat people with various problems, including depression, anxiety, grief issues, eating problems, and relationship problems. Each client will complete an assessment and together we will create the goals that will work in therapy. I see individuals, couples, and families in my practice.

My approach to therapy

My speciality is eating disorders. I worked for over 11 years at an eating disorder treatment center before making a change to be on my own. I have worked with various eating disorders/body image struggles such as emotional eating, binge eating, bulimia, anorexia, struggles with weight, over-exercising problems.

What you can expect from me

I can offer both virtual & phone sessions when deemed appropriate. I have worked with various professionals over the years. Thus, I am able to easily connect a client with a treatment team that focus on eating disorders. I have been published and have done interviews in the area of eating disorder treatment to educate others.
