Great to meet you!

I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Family Health Nurse Practitioner. My dual certification allows me to approach mental health from a holistic perspective, taking into consideration both psychological and physical well-being.

Working over the years with a broad spectrum of patients has enabled me to communicate effectively with a diverse client population. I have a passion for working with clients who frequently experience feelings of being stuck, overwhelmed, and anxious.

My approach to therapy

I love focusing on mindfulness techniques, supportive and cognitive-behavioral therapy, and medication management as treatment modalities.
