Great to meet you!

I’m deeply passionate about helping people find calm, clarity, and confidence in their lives. I bring warmth, empathy, and practical tools to each session so you can feel supported and understood. I truly believe that meaningful change is possible at any stage of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and actions — and develop tools for change. For clients working through trauma, I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help reprocess painful experiences and promote healing. I tailor each session to your goals and pace, creating a safe space to build insight, resilience, and emotional balance.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, supportive space where we focus on what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it. We’ll talk about your goals, your current challenges, and what’s most important to you right now. You’ll have the chance to share at your own pace where there’s no pressure or judgment. Together, we’ll begin to create a plan that fits your needs and helps you move toward greater calm, clarity, and confidence.
