Great to meet you!

My mission is to empower women to cultivate a more positive, mindful, and confident mindset, fostering overall mental well-being. With over 29 years of experience as a therapist, I have integrated a variety of effective techniques, including reframing and mindset shifting, into my practice. Drawing from both personal and professional experiences, I guide women through life’s challenges, helping them develop a more intentional and resilient outlook.

My approach to therapy

Developing a positive mindset isn’t always easy, and simply repeating affirmations may not be enough. Through both my personal and professional experience, I understand the daily stressors women face and how overwhelming anxiety, depression, and life’s challenges can feel.

Mental wellness begins with creating a sense of calm and recognizing thought patterns that no longer serve you. Because the mind and body are deeply connected—when one feels unsettled, so does the other—I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based approaches, and Solution-Focused techniques. By tuning into both physical and emotional experiences, we can work toward a balanced state of well-being, helping you feel more grounded, empowered, and resilient in daily life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to take away a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection and how their mental health impacts their physical well-being. I strongly believe that when your mind and body are in harmony, you are better equipped to navigate life’s challenges and reach your full potential.

In our sessions, you will gain insight into thought patterns and emotional responses while also learning strategies to regulate your nervous system, reduce stress, and create balance. My goal is to provide you with tools that not only support your mental well-being but also enhance your overall physical health, empowering you to feel more aligned, resilient, and in control of your life.
