Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor I believe in prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! I’ve been practicing for 5+ years. My main focus my main focus is helping clients aged 16-99 who are struggling with trauma, depression and life changes.

My approach to therapy

I understand that trauma can deeply impact how you think, feel, relate to others, and view yourself. Trauma may come from past experiences such as abuse, neglect, loss, chronic stress, or overwhelming life events—and its effects can linger long after the event has passed.

I specialize in trauma-informed care, providing a safe, supportive environment where healing can unfold at your pace. My approach recognizes the importance of emotional safety, trust, and empowerment as essential foundations for recover

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy.

We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure.

From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
