Great to meet you!

I am a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and I focus on psychiatric medication management for ADHD, depression, anxiety and Post traumatic stress disorder, functional psychiatry, weight loss medication management and therapeutic support. I want you to know that you're not just another appointment or chart—I see you as a whole person with a story that matters. My approach is deeply collaborative and personalized; I believe healing happens best in relationships built on trust, respect, and honesty.

With over ten years of experience as a nurse practitioner in both physical and mental health, I bring a holistic lens to care. I’ve worked across many settings, but I started Hope in Motion because I wanted to offer something different—care that feels like sitting down with someone who truly listens and walks alongside you.

I have a special interest in working with veterans and their families, individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and mood disorders, and those feeling lost or stuck but ready for change. I’ll always meet you with compassion, transparency, and evidence-based support—and we’ll work together to find what healing looks like for you.

You don’t have to do this alone. I’m here when you’re ready.

My approach to therapy

My approach to providing care is rooted in connection, collaboration, and compassion. I believe that effective mental health care starts with truly listening—understanding not just your symptoms, but your story, values, and goals.

I take a trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach that blends evidence-based treatment with a personalized plan tailored to your life. Whether we’re working through anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, or something else entirely, I aim to create a safe space where you feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment.

I also believe in empowering my clients with education and choices. We’ll work together to find what works best for you—whether that’s medication management, therapy coordination, lifestyle strategies, or all of the above. As a dual-certified FNP and PMHNP, I look at both physical and mental health to ensure truly integrated care.

Above all, my goal is to walk beside you—to help you move forward at your pace, with a care plan that feels grounded, respectful, and hopeful.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with me feeling heard, supported, and empowered. Whether you're navigating a new diagnosis, exploring treatment options, or working through long-standing challenges, my goal is for you to walk away with clarity, practical tools, and a stronger sense of agency in your mental health journey.

You can expect a collaborative space where your goals guide our work and where we revisit and adjust your care plan as your needs evolve. I prioritize education and transparency—so you’ll leave with a better understanding of what’s happening, why it matters, and what steps we’re taking together.

Most importantly, you’ll know you’re not doing this alone. You’ll take away a sense of partnership—someone in your corner, committed to helping you move forward with purpose and compassion.
