Great to meet you!
The reason I became a counselor is because I never had that support growing up. I want to be able to give it to my clients, whole-heartedly and honestly.

I draw from different approaches (eclectic). I mainly use UPR (unconditional positive regard approach) and CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy).
You can expect to feel seen and validated but also confronted, when needed, with truth to help you change, heal, and grow.
