My approach to therapy

Annette's approach to therapy is integrative/holistic. She uses a mix of skills to help clients reach their desired goals and objectives. The modality of sessions are face to face and virtual. Skills supporting client healing are sand tray, homework, bibliotherapy, talk therapy, play therapy and more.

What you can expect from me

Clients are respected and valued by the therapist. Annette cares about her clients and demonstrates this through her interactions. She supports therapist/client collaboration in terms of the treatment approach and works to find the best approach to helping clients.
