Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm Dr. Annie N. Bui, a bilingual licensed psychologist. I provide a safe and non-judgmental therapy environment that is culturally aware and trauma-informed.

With more than 10 years of clinical experience, I specialize in working with adults who are finding ways to heal from anxiety, depression, mood-related concerns, complex trauma, prenatal and postnatal health, phase of life transitions, relationship issues, and substance and alcohol addiction.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapy style is holistic and eclectic. I empower my clients to learn more about the connection between our body, brain, thoughts, emotions, and actions to achieve their goals. I utilize CBT, DBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, and Mindfulness Psychotherapy.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect quality care and interventions that are responsive to diverse cultural health beliefs and practices. With the privacy and convenience of telehealth, I motivate clients to explore what a healthier and happier life means and how to achieve it. I aspire to create a therapeutic environment that is genuine, caring, and evidence-based.
