Great to meet you!

I work with a wide variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, identity and personal growth, trauma, substance abuse recovery, stress, and others. I am qualified to do EMDR (Eye Movement, Desensitization, and Reprocessing), a therapeutic technique that is highly effective for trauma, and available through telehealth appointments. I have a PhD and am licensed in Colorado as both a Professional Counselor and an Addictions Counselor. I look forward to working with you.

My approach to therapy

I am honored to have served as a therapist for many years, embracing the values of compassion and confidentiality. Clients I have worked with in the past have described feeling safe, heard, and helped when working together, and I hope that will be your experience as well. I come from a strengths-based perspective, and work with you to meet your therapeutic goals.

What you can expect from me

I am there to listen, provide support, offer alternative ways of looking at things, and to help you focus on the areas you would like to address in your life. Providing a nonjudgmental, safe, and open atmosphere to our sessions is important to me.
