I support individuals who maybe experiencing: life transitions, depression, anxiety, psychosis disorders, bipolar, trauma and family and interpersonal relationships.

My background in art therapy and counseling offers both creative exploration combined with traditional talk therapy. Through out our time working together we will explore and understand what works for you by developing a person-centered plan. pushing yourself to dig deeper and explore your needs, wants, and vision for your life and wellbeing.
