Great to meet you!

By seeking support, you are taking one of the most important steps in your journey towards healing. I am an LCSW with over six years of experience providing individual and family psychotherapy to adults, adolescents and children. My aim with each and every client is to create a supportive space for growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrated approach to therapy that is both relational and person-centered. To me, therapy is a collaborative experience in pursuit of understanding the authentic self and healing through the therapeutic relationship. I aim to create a safe and supportive space for all my clients through an empathetic, equity-oriented approach.

What you can expect from me

My commitment to you is that our therapeutic relationship will be an authentic one. Together, you and I will pursue, through empathy and honest collaboration, a deep understanding your true self. You don’t need to have a clear understanding of what is causing you distress in order to start therapy. In fact, that is often part of our initial work together. If you’re wondering whether my services would be a good fit for you, or if you have any questions at all please feel free to reach out.
