Great to meet you!

It is a beautiful and powerful thing to show up for yourself with therapy. I hope to bring a warm, authentic, open presence to my sessions, inviting real work based on each persons' individual needs. I value relationship and person-first approaches, opening the door to healing and growing as we go. A key value for be is being welcoming and affirming to all diverse and unique humans and ways of existing.

My approach to therapy

My approach often tracks with tending to the somatic body while gaining familiarity with how our emotion and nervous system show up. This works closely with exploring core beliefs and the safety mechanisms we have developed to protect ourselves through life. I enjoy working with attachment, parts work, and mindfulness to help explore and tune into our whole system and find movement and healing that fit for us.

What you can expect from me

Our session goals often entail finding grounding in the body, gaining insight, and exploring our internal messaging systems and how they impact us. I hope to help my client work through their current and past experiences while learning to find trust in self, engage with their emotion, and strengthen resilience and capacity to move through life according to who they truly are.
