Annie Huddle

I've had my LMHC for ten years and have worked with clients of all ages and circumstances. My goal is to help every person life their best life and overcome things in their lives that make that difficult to achieve. I encourage people to find things that make them happy and help them deal with things that stand in the way of that goal. I take an interest in all of my clients, both the good and the bad they experience and work to help them become at peace with their lives.

I feel that the best approach to helping people is to let them guide therapy. Sometimes they just need someone to talk to and sometimes they need to learn how to relax or engage in a specific intervention. My approach is to allow the person to determine what they need and help them to understand why they haven't been able to get it in the past.
