Great to meet you!

I received my PhD in Clinical Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in 2016. I am a Florida licensed psychotherapist and have maintained a private practice for 17 years in Orlando and Winter Park. I have specialized training in the following: Clinical Trauma Professional and Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Qualified Clinical Supervisor. I am also a certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapist through Integrative Psychiatry Institute, and MAPS.

My approach to therapy

My approach is based in the depth psychotherapies with emphasis in contemporary psychoanalysis. As a Kundalini yoga teacher, I also incorporate principles of mindfulness, presence and attuned body-centered awareness in my therapy practice with clients. In addition to my psychotherapy practice, I also offer integration services for those who are working with sacred plant medicines or considering this path for psychological growth, healing or consciousness expansion.

What you can expect from me

I hope to help you connect with your core purpose and mission, and honor your inner life. Sometimes we forget who we are, and that our lives are sacred. The therapeutic work may be about rediscovering your truth, connecting with your higher self, or healing the pain of the past to reach your highest potential as a human.
