I draw from psychodynamic and integrative approaches, allowing therapy to be both insight-oriented and grounded in your present-day life. Our work may explore early relationships, emotional patterns, and unconscious beliefs, while also focusing on how these experiences show up in your relationships, mood, and sense of self today. Therapy with me is collaborative and paced—you don’t need to have the right words or a clear agenda. We discover what matters together.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy reading and long walks, both of which reflect my appreciation for reflection, movement, and the quiet process of understanding. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a thoughtful conversation rather than a performance or a checklist.
If you’re seeking a space to explore your inner world with curiosity, care, and depth, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
