Great to meet you!

After studying at Santa Clara University for my Master's in Counseling Psychology, I became a recently licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been working with children, teens, and adults in a school-based setting for the past 5 years. I continue to do school-based work in San Francisco, and I am opening my practice beyond the schools. I value working with teens, young adults, and parents to support mental health, anxiety, and life struggles.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, I use a variety of methods to get to know you, what you're facing, and how I can help support you. These methods include exploring your history and current concerns, playful and art based ways of expressing your inner world, and collaborating to problem-solve. We'll be thought partners on your therapeutic journey.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect an open and welcoming environment where you can share about what brought you to therapy and what you may be needing. During this time, I will ask questions to get a sense of where you're coming from. I aim to create a warm and safe space where you will feel heard, understood, and valued, and we will work together on what goals you hope to achieve.
