Great to meet you!

I'm a trauma and compassion-focussed licensed therapist, working remotely in California, treating anxiety, burnout, grief, stress, and life transitions, as well as medical trauma, career burnout, PTSD and more.

Many of my clients are helpers: healthcare professionals, first responders, veterans, and caregivers who have been deeply impacted by what they’ve seen and carried. They feel disconnected from themselves and others, on edge, or just can't stop thinking about what they've been through. Others come to me after a medical crisis, ICU stay, or health-related trauma that has changed how they see themselves and the world. As a former ICU Social Worker with 14 years of experience, and over 20 years in the mental health field, I offer a steady, trauma-informed space where you don’t have to explain the intensity of what you’ve been through.

My approach to therapy

Using evidence-based approaches, we’ll work together to help you process these experiences, reconnect with yourself, and find peace. You don't have to keep doing this alone! Let's talk!

What you can expect from me

I like to spend my initial session getting to understand what you are experiencing, and working toward building a plan that supports and empowers your individual goals.
