Great to meet you!

We all reach seasons of life that feel bigger than what we expected to carry.

Maybe becoming a parent has felt more overwhelming than you imagined. Maybe your baby spent time in the NICU, and life after coming home hasn't looked the way you thought it would. Maybe you're worried about your child's development, or maybe you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, or a major life transition of your own.

I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families, with specialized experience supporting early childhood mental health, developmental differences and neurodiversity, pregnancy and postpartum, and families navigating NICU stays and medically complex journeys.

Whatever brings you here, my goal is to help you better understand what's happening, feel more confident moving forward, and create meaningful change that lasts beyond the therapy space.

My approach to therapy

I believe people make sense.

Even when life feels chaotic, overwhelming, or stuck, there's usually a reason our thoughts, emotions, and relationships have developed the way they have. Rather than asking, "What's wrong with you?" I find it more helpful to ask, "What experiences brought you here?"

My work is grounded in attachment, child development, and trauma-informed care while drawing from evidence-based approaches like CBT and play therapy. I tailor therapy to each person and family because meaningful change rarely comes from a one-size-fits-all approach.

My role isn't to tell you how to live your life. It's to help you better understand yourself, recognize patterns that may no longer be serving you, and work collaboratively toward lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you've never done it before. The good news? You don't need to have the right words or know exactly where to start.

Our first session is simply a conversation. I'll spend time getting to know you, learning about what's been bringing you here, and hearing what you're hoping life might look like if things felt a little easier. You'll also have plenty of space to ask questions and get a feel for how I work.

My hope is that you'll leave our first session feeling a little more hopeful, a little more understood, and with a sense of whether I'm the right therapist for you.
