Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker with experience in helping adults through a wide variety of emotional, physical, and life changes. I specialize in treatment for individuals with epilepsy and other chronic conditions. I also work with adults with anxiety, depression, general stress management, domestic violence, and women's issues.
I am trained in acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and EMDR for trauma. I use a person-centered approach and believe that a client and therapist should work together as a team to help reach their goals.
