Great to meet you!

My name is Annie & I am a licensed therapist who has been committed to my own healing, in that, I have found where the magic in healing lies. I am on a journey of sharing that magic with others.

If you're seeking to understand yourself better and embark on a journey of genuine healing, I invite you to explore what's possible.

My approach to therapy

Annie leads her practice from a person-centered approach, emphasizing that you are the expert of your own experience. This doesn't mean she won't challenge you; in fact, she believes there's significant growth to be found in being safely uncomfortable.

When we call in curiosity regarding the communication of our nervous systems in conveying behavior and emotions, we gradually return to ourselves. To facilitate this liberating process, Annie employs Transformation SoulutionTM and somatic-based interventions.

Transformation SoulutionTM is an integrative, body-centered method that combines the power of EMDR, IFS, and other evidence-based therapies. Unlike conventional therapy, which can often be a lengthy process, Transformation SoulutionTM is designed to achieve significant results in fewer sessions than traditional approaches. By directly engaging the nervous system, this approach helps clients transform stored emotional energy, heal trauma, and rewire old patterns, leading to lasting change. Annie is committed to providing therapy that is both compassionate and deeply transformative.

Annie is experienced in working with adults and children, as well as families, and in conflict resolution. Annie prides herself on her ability to work with diverse individuals, without fawning away from the potential impacts these differences bring to the work together.
