Great to meet you!
I value authenticity, curiosity, and compassion, and I work hard to create a space where you can feel comfortable being fully yourself.
I completed my clinical training and education in New York, earning my graduate degree from New York University. My early career and training took place in SoHo, where I worked with a wide range of clients navigating the intensity and complexity of city life. Those experiences shaped my understanding of how trauma, identity, culture, and relationships intersect—and they continue to guide my work today.
As an Asian American therapist, I bring a culturally informed perspective to the room. I understand the nuances of navigating multiple identities, intergenerational expectations, family dynamics, and the ways culture can both anchor and challenge us. I strive to create a space where all parts of your cultural story are welcomed and valued.
Professionally, I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, relationship patterns, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, anxiety and nervous system dysregulation. I have extensive experience supporting young adults, creatives, professionals, LGBTQ+ clients, and individuals processing childhood or relational trauma. As an EMDR-trained clinician, I integrate EMDR, somatic awareness, and insight-oriented therapy to help clients process their past and build more grounded, adaptive ways of moving forward.
Most importantly, you should know that therapy with me is collaborative. Your pace is respected, your experiences are honored, and your goals shape our work. My role is to offer support, expertise, and attunement as you move toward the healing, clarity, and self-understanding you deserve.
