Great to meet you!

I completed my undergraduate degree from the University of San Diego, double majoring in business administration and psychology. I then continued my education and graduated with honors from Pepperdine University with a master's in Marriage and Family Therapy. I completed my traineeship through the YWCA, working at a middle school and at YWCA sexual assault/ domestic violence clinic. Post graduation I started my job with LGTC and spent two years in the adult and teen mental health IOP and PHP program as a group and individual therapist . I recently transitioned to working at the outpatient level of care, and I am so excited about this new chapter

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, collaborative, and client-centered approach—meaning we’ll work together to explore what’s going on beneath the surface, build emotional resilience, and develop tools that feel practical and empowering for you. I integrate evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care, while also tailoring our work to fit your unique goals

What you can expect from me

My flexibility allows me to collaborate with you to tailor our time to your unique views & experiences. Whether you're seeking clarity, healing, or just someone to talk to who really gets it, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
