Great to meet you!

Hello, I am glad you are here. My goal is to offer a safe welcoming space where you can be yourself without fear of judgement. I believe everyone deserves to be heard with kindness, respect, and compassion. Together, we'll move at a pace that feels right for you as we work toward the life you want to create.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing begins when people feel safe, heard, and accepted. My approach is gentle, suppurative, and centered on getting to know you as a whole person. We will talk openly about what has brought you here, what feels important to you, and what you hope will be different in your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other and talking about what's most important to you. This is a space where you can share at your own pace and there's no pressure to have everything figured out. I'll listen with care, compassion, and respect while we begin exploring what brought you here and what you're hoping for. Together, we'll start building a path that feels supportive, meaningful, and true to you.
