Great to meet you!

Life can be challenging at times and it's so easy to get stuck in patterns of thought and behavior that leave us stressed, frustrated and unfulfilled. Lets work together to get some insight into these patterns and find ways to overcome them.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is based on your needs, whether that is allowing you the space to explore your thoughts and feelings to gain insight or working with you to challenge and reframe the thoughts and behaviors keeping you stuck.

What you can expect from me

Whether working virtually or in person, I strive to provide a relaxed, warm and open environment in which clients can feel comfortable to be themselves. I believe it is important to work together to define treatment goals and identify and discuss what meeting those goals looks like to every individual.
