Great to meet you!

For more than twenty years, I have had the privilege of walking alongside adolescents, adults, and couples during some of the most difficult and meaningful seasons of their lives. I believe that sometimes it can be difficult to see beyond the darkness in front of us. My role is to listen without judgement while helping you find your way toward the light again.

My approach to therapy

I believe every person has strengths, even when they may not be able to see them for themselves. Through a warm, compassionate, and personalized approach, I strive to create a space where you can be completely yourself- where your story matters, your feelings are heard, and you never have to feel alone in what you are carrying. Together, we can uncover the strength, clarity, and hope that may have become difficult to see, in order to help you move toward a life that feels lighter, more peaceful, and more authentically yours.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin creating a relationship built on trust, comfort, and understanding. I'll listen to learn about what you are experiencing, and we can then start exploring and identifying potential future goals. We'll talk about your strengths, in addition to any challenges you might be facing. Together, we will begin to identify a path that feels realistic, measurable, and achievable. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, respected, and perhaps a little lighter.
