Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Ohio, with over 18 years of experience counseling adults in community college and university settings. I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from West Chester University and my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Penn State University. I provide a supportive, collaborative, and encouraging environment for adults navigating stress, life transitions, personal or professional challenges, or times when they feel stuck or uncertain. Together, we will identify your goals, recognize your strengths, and develop realistic strategies to help you move forward with greater confidence, direction, and purpose.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in solution-focused therapy and person-centered therapies, with an emphasis on goal setting, personal growth, and building on your existing strengths. I believe counseling can help you gain clarity, recognize what is already working in your life, and identify practical steps toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be focused on getting to know each other, what brings you to counseling and what you hope to achieve. Together we will start identifying your goals and talk about how I can best support you on your journey.
