Great to meet you!

Therapy is a place to be yourself, without judgement, feel safe, heard and understood. I take a client centered, collaborative, trauma informed approach to the work.

My approach to therapy

Currently, I work with adults 18 and older, including individuals and couples. I work with and am an ally of LGBTQIA+, am poly-affirming, and work with individuals and couples in both monogamous and non-monogamous relationships, first responders, individuals with comorbid diagnoses such as substance use, postpartum, or perinatal depression, people in the entertainment community, and with others with serious medical health challenges. I am a certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional. Additional certifications and trainings include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for anxiety and depression, Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS), and Mindfulness, among other trainings and specialties.

What you can expect from me

I have many tools, but we will work together to find what works best for you. I look forward to meeting you. Please feel free to reach out if you think we are a good fit.
