Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, family challenges, or daily stress begin to affect your relationships, confidence, and overall well-being. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, family conflict, stress management concerns, maternal mental health challenges, relationship issues, life transitions, grief and loss, self-esteem difficulties, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking a supportive space where they can better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and develop healthier ways of coping with life's challenges.
