Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, family challenges, or daily stress begin to affect your relationships, confidence, and overall well-being. You may find yourself feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhelpful patterns, struggling to balance competing responsibilities, or unsure how to move forward. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, family conflict, stress management concerns, maternal mental health challenges, relationship issues, life transitions, grief and loss, self-esteem difficulties, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking a supportive space where they can better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and develop healthier ways of coping with life's challenges. Together, we'll create a compassionate and collaborative environment where you can explore your experiences, identify your strengths, and build practical tools that support healing, resilience, and long-term emotional wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and solution-focused. I believe therapy should provide both emotional support and practical tools that help clients create meaningful and lasting change. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Strength-Based Therapy, Behavioral Modification techniques, and evidence-based interventions tailored to each individual's unique experiences and goals. In our work together, we may explore anxiety, depression, family dynamics, maternal mental health concerns, stress management, relationship challenges, grief, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and life transitions. Therapy is designed to help you identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, build confidence, and create healthier ways of navigating life's challenges. My goal is to help you gain insight, develop practical strategies, and feel empowered to create positive and sustainable changes in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and valued. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is important to me, and I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable openly discussing your experiences and goals. Together, we'll identify what matters most to you and create a plan that supports meaningful growth and lasting change. Through therapy, you may experience reduced anxiety and stress, stronger coping skills, healthier relationships, improved emotional well-being, increased confidence, and a greater sense of balance in your life. My goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and equipped with practical tools that allow you to move forward with clarity and confidence.
