Great to meet you!

I work with adults who may be navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life stress, relationship challenges, and cultural or racial identity concerns. I aim to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. Together, we can explore what feels heavy, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build practical tools that feel grounded, personalized, and sustainable in your everyday life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, affirming, collaborative, and solutions-oriented. I draw from relational, psychodynamic, narrative, strength-based, and cognitive behavioral therapies, while also integrating ACT, motivational interviewing, behavioral activation, and trauma-informed care. I tailor each session to your goals so our work feels meaningful, practical, reflective, and supportive of real change over time.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive and collaborative conversation centered on what brought you to therapy and what feels most important right now. We’ll begin exploring your story, current stressors, and hopes for treatment, while also identifying goals and discussing what support may look like. My hope is that you leave feeling more grounded, understood, and clear about the path ahead.
