Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying anxiety, navigating relationship challenges, or trying to balance the expectations of work, family, and everyday life. Whether you're feeling stuck, grieving a loss, struggling with stress, or working through past experiences, you don't have to face it alone. I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress management concerns, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, family conflict, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, sleep concerns, anger management, women's issues, identity exploration, and cultural or ethnic challenges. I also provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families, recognizing that healing often happens both individually and within our relationships. My goal is to create a warm, open-minded, and empowering space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as we work together toward meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be collaborative, personalized, and focused on helping you build practical skills while gaining deeper insight into yourself. Every client brings unique experiences, strengths, and goals, so I tailor treatment using evidence-based approaches that best fit your needs. Depending on what you're working through, I may integrate Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Positive Psychology, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Relational Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Couples Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Problem-Solving Therapy (PST), Narrative Therapy, Psychoeducational Family Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Family Therapy, Attachment-Based Family Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Motivational Interviewing, Behavioral Activation (BA), and Behavior Management. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, process difficult experiences, and work toward lasting emotional wellness and healthier relationships.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a compassionate, supportive, and judgment-free environment where we work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is to help you feel empowered to better understand yourself, manage life's challenges with greater confidence, and develop practical tools you can continue using long after therapy ends. Throughout our work together, we'll celebrate progress, navigate setbacks with curiosity rather than criticism, and focus on building resilience, healthier relationships, emotional balance, and a stronger sense of self. I want therapy to be a place where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and encouraged as you create meaningful, lasting change.
