Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm glad you're here. I'm a fully licensed therapist who supports individuals navigating depression, anxiety, relationship struggles and life transitions. I enjoy working with clients who are exploring sexuality, identity and questions around belonging and self-understanding.

I especially value supporting LGBTQIA+ and immigrant communities and understand how cultural background, family and societal expectations, and lived experiences can shape emotional well-being. My work is grounded in collaboration, compassion, collaboration and meeting you where you are. I strive to create a space where you feel listened to and supported as you work toward meaningful and sustainable change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered, warm, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you feel empowered to explore both your strengths and the areas in your life that may be causing discomfort or pain.

I use an integrative approach, meaning I draw from different therapeutic modalities based on your unique goals and needs. My work is grounded in relational and strengths-based perspective and is informed by attachment theory. I also incorporate tools from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and narrative therapy to help you build insight, develop coping strategies, create meaningful change. Therapy with me is about helping you better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and move forward in a way that aligned with who you are.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive space where we'll talk about what brought you to therapy and what you're hoping to gain from it. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, and there's no pressure to share everything at once.

The session is a chance for us to get to know each other, begin to built trust, and explore how I can best support you. My hope is that therapy will help you find relief as you work through both current and past challenges, so you can move toward a life that feels more fulfilling, authentic and balanced.
