With over 10 years of expertise in mental health, I am committed to providing comprehensive mental health care to individuals, leveraging clinical expertise, strong interpersonal skills. My treatment areas are anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, ADHD, OCD, Trauma, bipolar disorders, and sleep disorders.

This includes a holistic assessment, collaborative goal setting, evidence-based interventions, multimodal treatment, culturally competent care, compassionate and nonjudgmental approach.
