Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Ansu Eason, a board-certified nurse practitioner in adult gerontology acute care and psychiatric mental health. I’ve been practicing for five years, with experience in both critical care and treating conditions like depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, and bipolar disorder. I’m passionate about helping people manage both acute and chronic mental health needs. I strive to create a supportive, approachable space where you feel heard and cared for.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and supportive approach, working closely with each client to understand their unique needs, goals, and experiences. My style is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and focused on creating a safe space where you feel comfortable sharing openly. I specialize in treating conditions like depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, and bipolar disorder, and I tailor care plans to fit each person whether that includes medication management, education, or ongoing support. My goal is to help you build stability, improve daily functioning, and feel more in control of your mental health.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and understanding what brought you in. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, medical and mental health history, and your goals for care. This is also your time to share your experiences and ask any questions you may have. Together, we’ll begin to outline a personalized plan that may include treatment options and next steps. My goal is to make you feel comfortable, heard, and supported from the very start.
