Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who has been working with clients for over 10 years. I graduated from Antioch University in Los Angeles with a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology, and an emphasis in Community Psychology.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and empathic. For the first few sessions, I may ask a number of questions, but will later allow the client to process their own narrative. I often employ a Rogerian technique of reflection.

What you can expect from me

As a take away, I intend to bolster the client's motivation and self-confidence with their given abilities and talents. In person-centered therapy, the client is regarded as the expert of their own life. With positive therapeutic work, the client will know better than anyone else what is most beneficial to their own way of living.
